We are not utopians

We understand that a tool on its own does not make a product successful. AI shortens the path from idea to result. But it will not decide for you which problem is worth solving, and it will not understand your context better than you do.

The idea, the understanding of the task and the responsibility for the result are still yours.

That is why we believe every active person — an employee, an entrepreneur, a student, a researcher, a professional in any field — should discover what vibe coding makes possible today. Not someday, not after long preparation, but right now: take your own task, your own idea, your own professional experience — and turn them into a working digital product.

Sergey Kozarezov

Digital transformation expert

For over 30 years he has led technology companies delivering large-⁠scale projects for government bodies and banks. He has deployed intelligent systems at more than 3,500 sites of the Federal Tax Service, VTB, Sberbank and other banks, equipped the situation centres of the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Rosreestr, and ran IT projects for the Presidential Administration and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. In 2016–2020 he was a member of the General Council of Delovaya Rossiya and of the expert council of the State Council’s Technological Entrepreneurship subgroup; in 2020 he served as Moscow’s public ombudsman for digital technologies. In 2024–2025 he was adviser to the director of the HSE Institute for Artificial Intelligence.

A zero-⁠to-⁠one builder who has spent 8 years building AI for video — computer vision and generative video. Founded SpiritMe, a service that generates videos with digital AI avatars for the US market: 75k users, Product of the Day on Product Hunt, a top-5 sales partner on AppSumo. Sold the company to the London video editor VEED, where he led the AI direction.

Before that, he built Sber’s digital avatars department from scratch with a team of 60. At Yandex he worked on Search, Navigator and Alice. His first startup, a rehabilitation glove for stroke patients, went through the HSE and Moscow State University accelerators.

Now builds his own AI products with vibe coding: 43 products over the last 9 months, about 23 of them running in production today. Mentors entrepreneurs in vibe coding.

The Vibe Coding Manifesto

We are looking for and opening up new ways to create digital products — doing it ourselves and helping others do the same. This work has led us to a set of values and principles. We share them, and we invite everyone who wants to build, to manage and to turn ideas into working products to share them too.

Principles

The principles we follow and offer as the foundation of a culture of responsible vibe coding in Russia.

Anyone can build. Code is no longer a privilege of the few — a digital product is now within reach of anyone who wants to make one.

A manager who tries building with AI moves faster. A business owner or manager who works with AI gets ahead of the one who only waits for someone else to deliver.

We start with a working prototype, not with a perfect plan. A tested hypothesis is worth more than a beautiful presentation.

People set the meaning — AI helps write the code. Accountability for the result always stays with the human.

We check what AI produces: security, data, copyright and quality — from the very start, not as an afterthought.

A mistake is part of the path. Failing fast, understanding why and fixing it is a normal rhythm of building, not a defeat.

A clearly framed task matters more than the volume of code. Being able to describe precisely what you need is the key skill of the AI era.

We automate the routine to free up time for decisions, strategy and people.
